Andrew R. Ko GCDF is a Certified Global Career Development Facilitator. He is the Lead Training Development Specialist and Career Coach with The Salvation Army Haven Veteran Employment Services program. He is known in the career development and workforce development community
for creating, developing and managing the training program that exists today at the Salvation Army Haven. He consults with various organizations including: Right Management, Lee Hecht Harrison, Dale Carnegie, Data Application Lab and various colleges in the LAUSD. He partners with many organizations around city and the country as a coaching and training consultant as a results-oriented activator, motivated by a true passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential. In addition to his active training, career development and consulting roles he also serves as an adviser for a technology startup in the career development industry.

He is an active member of the Association for Talent Development, the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, and is Co-President of the California Career Development Association San Fernando Valley Chapter.

Formerly, Andrew spent over a decade of his career at Wells Fargo as part of the Enterprise Leadership Team, a highly visible leadership role where he worked on Career Development, Leadership Development and Mentorship initiatives for internal staff in addition to his sales position maintaining an award winning sales record.

Andrew has a degree in Marketing from California State University Northridge, a certificate in Emotional Intelligence, he is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and he is a certified Dale Carnegie graduate coach and trainer. 

When he is not working in the coaching and training space he enjoys art and has sold his art at many of his solo art exhibits around Los Angeles.
